Do you only sell building kits, or do you offer installation too?

We are a supply-only business. All our steel buildings include detailed construction drawings and plans, featuring pre-drilled holes in the frame and labelled components for straightforward assembly. Designed specifically with DIY enthusiasts and local contractors in mind, our kits are simple to erect. Comprehensive instructions are also available upon request.

Are your buildings made in the UK?

Yes. All our steel frames are manufactured here in the UK, using high-quality materials and in line with British Standards (BS5950-5 and BS6399 Part 2).

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across the UK. Delivery costs vary depending on location and kit size — just let us know your postcode when requesting a quote.

Can you create bespoke sizes or layouts?

Absolutely. In fact, most of our buildings are custom-designed. If you need something outside of our standard kit sizes, we can design it around your space, usage and access requirements.

What is a cold-rolled steel frame?

Cold-rolled steel is lightweight but strong, making it ideal for portal frame construction. It’s galvanised for corrosion resistance and easy to handle during assembly.

Do your buildings come with structural drawings?

Yes. Every building kit includes CAD drawings and structural calculations. These are suitable for planning applications and meeting Building Regulation requirements if needed.

What kind of foundation do I need?

A flat, level concrete base is usually best, sized the same as the building footprint then a drip flashing takes the water off the pad and away. We can provide generic guidance, structural calculations and drawings to help your groundwork contractor/civil engineer prepare correctly.

Are your kits easy to assemble?

Yes — especially for customers with some basic construction or DIY experience. Each kit includes clear instructions, labelled parts and fixings. For more complex or larger buildings, we recommend hiring a qualified installer.
